Obituary of Annie F. Dailpay

88, Spryfield, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016 in Melville Lodge. Born in Birch Cove, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Martha Parsons. Annie was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She will lovingly be remembered by her sons, Lawrence and Edward "Butch"; daughters, Sharon Wright and Theresa (Doug) Smith; grandchildren, Sean and Valerie Slaunwhite and Tracey Wright. She was predeceased by her husband, James; brothers, Ernest, John and Silas Parsons; sisters, Sarah Doucet, Mary McCarthy, Emiline Skiffington and Lily Mae Wadden. Special thanks to the staff of Melville Lodge for their compassionate care and support given to Annie and her family during her time with them. In keeping with Annie’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 26 at 11AM in St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
