Obituary of Dale Douglas Chase

Age 72, Halifax passed away with family by his side June 15, 2017. He was a son of the late Lester and Viola Chase (Keddy). Dale was a truck driver for many years, he also had a love for cars and dogs, especially Sharpei’s. He was an avid country music listener, he especially loved listening to Dolly Parton and stomping Tom. Dale is survived by his wife of 51 years Sandra Chase; son, William Chase, Herring Cove; daughters, Penny (Ian) Chaffey, NL; Margaret Chase (Derek Rowter), Halifax; stepbrother, John "Jackie" Morrison, Halifax; grandson, Dale Allen, Halifax; step grandchildren, Meagan and Ryan Chaffey, Newfoundland. He was predeceased by his son, Carmichael and brother, Junior Chase. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. 149 Herring Cove Rd. where a funeral service will be held on Friday June 23 at 11a.m. Internment to take place at St. Mary’s Anglican cemetery in Auburn, NS
