I have so many wonderful memories of my lovely visits in Sambro with my dear friend Edna and her parents who always made me feel so welcome. I was so happy for her when she met the love of her life Robert. My condolences to the family. She will be in my heart forever.

What a wonderful love story. So sorry for your loss of both parents. Here is a photo of Edna from a TOPS convention in the 1980s. She was such a kind loving person.

So sorry to hear of your parents passing. I met Edna in the 80’s, a kind, warm, and funny lady. Loved her family and so proud of her boys. The tribute to your parents is beautiful. Condolences to the family.

Your mom would look after us from time to time, but I remember after my grandfather’s funeral at the church on Windsor Street your mom coming down to get us while mom and dad went to the cemetery. Mrs. Jones was there to look after us! (They were always Mr. and Mrs. to us). They were the best of people, I loved running into them and having a chat, they were always happy to see you!
