Theresa was one of my very first friends, outside my own siblings. She lived next door when we were tiny toddlers, just three to five years old. I can still picture all the neighborhood kids crowded into the living room on those warm summer days, laughing, holding hands, and dancing in circles to “Ring Around the Rosie,” collapsing into giggles every time we fell down. Oh sweetheart, I hope you’re still dancing freely in the sunshine up in heaven, surrounded by joy and light. The picture is old and faded, but the memories I’ll have for life. With all my love, XO Kathy Minnis

Theresa is the little girl with long dark hair facing away from the camera, she is holding hands with the girl in the red and white bathing suit.

So many great memories of Theresa. From the countless visits with my mom while I was growing up, to the years I’ve been away - every time I came home, she always had a thoughtful little gift waiting for my son. That was just who she was, always thinking of others. She was truly a loyal, kind, and special person to me and my family, and she will always hold a place in our hearts.

I am so very sorry to hear about Theresa's passing - just so very very sad. I knew Theresa when she was a very little girl. We lived on Penny Ave, near her Grandmother Mary. She and her father Paul lived in the apartment building next to our house. She was about 2 weeks younger than one of my kids. I can remember Paul lifting her over the fence around our place so she could play with the kids. She was always polite, and we loved having her, From the time she was very very little, I can remember her and Paul walking down the street, with a baby bottle sticking out of Paul's jeans. She was a very welcome part of our lives for about 2 years till we moved away. Once again, I am so very very sorry for your loss.
