Vina was such a fun person. I don’t think I ever saw her in a bad mood. She always had everyone around her laughing.
I remember so many times “at the bingo” with Lena & Vina. The best was always Tommy’s, where she always had Lena and I howling with laughter. Between everyone’s nicknames, old stories, etc, it was amazing that she could keep her eyes on her cards.
She was notoriously kind, and would always give us a “tip” if she won.
I have nothing but very fond memories of Vina. I’m thinking of Lena, who must miss her terribly. Also, thinking of Brenda, Bryan and Tina, who miss her too.
She may be gone but will never be forgotten.
