Chris, Shelley and Madison So sorry to hear about Carl especially so soon after your Mom! I have so many good and funny memories of Carl! I remember once when I was little and Nanna and I were at the Public Gardens heading back to Oxford Street. Carl and Billy were out in the van and picked us up. I was so excited sitting in the back of the van on a roll of carpet (No seatbelts in the 70s). He also bought me my first chicken burger from The Chickenburger when I was travelling with you to Cape Breton. As you remember the van broke down and we didn't make it to Cape Breton but we had an adventure! Hugs and condolences! Mindy and Travis

So sad to hear of Carls passing but so grateful that my grandchildren had him in their lives. Diane and Carl treated them both like family.Mallory asked me the other day “Did you hear my best friend passed away?” She loved her Curl( her name for him).May you be resting in the arms of our Lord, with Diane by your side ❤️

As a member of a family from the old north end neighborhood that Carl grew up in, l believe we have many common memories. Seeing Carl at the old stockade restaurant across from the Halifax form was a common site. As we all aged and l was still hanging out with Gerry Carl's younger brother, Carl was never far away as was my older brother Dick that was Carl's buddy. Seeing the three amigos (Carl, Gerry and Dale) at car show was always a great conversation. Carl, you will be missed my friend

I knew Carl for a long time. I used to work with him installing carpets and Cushing flooring. That would have been around the late seventies or early eighties.I never saw Carl get angry even when things weren’t going right. He was a great guy to work for. He had an old Dodge van at the time that we used to work out of. That was the days when we used to hang out at the stockade restaurant on Windsor Street. Seems like a lifetime ago. Rest easy my friend you will be missed by so many. My deepest condolences to Carl’s family. George Gerogiannis
