To the family and friends of dear Cousin Cathy. She was part of my life for 64 years. We grew up together and shared laughs,joys and sorrows. She was proud of her boys and delighted in the wonderful grandchildren stories and visits. Cathy was generous and made folks feel important.
Her smile and laughter were infectious.
What a gal! She will be missed by us all.
In sympathy
Cousin Anne

Ken and family;
My thoughts are with all of you... Catherine was such a lovely, warm and caring person. I truly enjoyed our visits when you lived across the street. I still have flowers that bloom every year beside my driveway that Catherine gave me before you moved. She was a very special lady.

Peter, Chris, Michael and Ken,
I was truly saddened to learn of Catherine's passing. Unfortunately I can't make her service but will drop a card off. "Boys," your mother was a HUGE part of my teaching life, helping me not only get into the B.Ed program at MSVU but also acting as a reference for my teaching job that took me to BC for 32 years. Even before that, she trusted me with you three youngsters as a babysitter. I loved going to your home in Hubbards, even the day when Michael peeled all the wallpaper off the wall within reach of his crib. Catherine's reaction: Well, I guess he likes the more abstract to adorn his space. Or the day Chris came home early from school with a VERY upset stomach that kept exploding all over the house. (I got paid well for that emergency) Peter, I liked sharing time with you as we chatted and snacked on things before your slightly later bedtime. I know she loved all three of you dearly and I hope knowing that others like myself, will carry her in out heart for the rest of our days might ease your grief.
Much love to you and your families at this sad time.

We are so very sorry to learn that your Mum succumbed to her cancer. She certainly gave it a good run, and always had a positive attitude.
You will miss her terribly.
We kept in touch a couple of times a year, and she often shared a photo of her cherished grandchildren growing up.
