Obituary of Stephanie Karen German

It is with deep sadness that the family of Stephanie Karen German announces her passing at home, surrounded by her loving family, on November 29, 2025, at the age of 53. Stephanie was a devoted mother to Joshua, Jessica, and Derrick (Vikki).

She is survived by her husband, Francis Murphy; her mother, Karen Wright; her brother, David German; her sister, Delores (Greg) German; as well as several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Stephanie was very fond of children, enjoyed playing baseball, and was an avid bingo player. She also loved watching her favourite soaps, a simple joy that brought her comfort and relaxation.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Douglas and Dorothy Wright; her father, David Wright; her brother, Vincent (Teddy) Williams; and her son, Tyrone German.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
