Better knee how to keep me busy, when she was a Lions club members wife. Almost weekly we'd sort through items for those in need..as she always did, even at the old SDA church with mom. Sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I remember Bettye and Norman collecting used clothing and medical equipment for needy families which they stored in their sheds, When it was time Norman passed the medical equipment keys to me . We then stored the equipment in the basement of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Tantallon. The big thing was it took three Lions Club members to replace him on this project. And one reason was that Bettye was their to help him, She was a kind gentle and giving person. She will certainly be missed. Our condolences go out to the family at this time of her loss.
