In Loving Memory of James M. Crouse “Mike” age (68) of Bridgewater Nova Scotia

                                                                                         July 30th, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James M. Crouse, lovingly known as “Mike.”

Mike was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Bonnie, and a proud father to his son, Justin, who was truly his pride and joy. He was the cherished son of Pat Crouse and James Crouse, and a loving brother to Sharon and brother-in-law to Paul. He will also be deeply missed by his nephews, Ben and Ellen, along with his extended family and many friends.

Mike and Bonnie’s love story began at the Dingle by the Wharf, where they met and fell in love. Together, they eventually moved to Bridgewater for work and built a life filled with love, memories, and family.  In his younger years, Mike enjoyed fishing, going to concerts, and dancing. He had a love for life and enjoyed making memories with the people closest to him.  Mike spent his working years in construction, working alongside his father, before eventually retiring. He took pride in his work and in the life he built for his family.

Above all, Mike will be remembered as a loving husband, a proud father, a cherished brother, uncle, son, and friend. His greatest joy was his family, especially his son Justin, and the love he shared with Bonnie.

Though he may no longer be by their side, the memories of Mike, his laughter, his love, and the life he shared with those around him will remain forever in their hearts.

Rest peacefully, Mike. You were deeply loved, and you will be forever missed.

We are merely in different rooms."
