Obituary of Malcolm Leroy "Mac" Brown

Age 68, Harrietsfield, passed away tragically, with his wife, on November 29, 2013. Born in Bridgewater, he was the son of the late Charles and Minna (Wambolt) Brown. He is survived by wife Annie "Jackie" (Dunham); son, David Brown, Bridgewater; step son Richard Dunham (Tiffany), Halifax; step daughters, Brenda Stuthard-Brown, Bridgewater; Donna Stuthard, Quebec; Cynthia MacDonald (Darren), Dartmouth; Heather Dunham (Stephen), Hatchett Lake; 14 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mac was predeceased by brothers, Trevor and Richard; sisters, Janet Arnett and Margaret Foley;  and three grandsons. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., where visitation will be held on Thursday December 12, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial service to be held Friday December 13, at 11 a.m., from the St. Paul’s United Church Old Sambro Rd., Rev. Jeanne Manning Stright officiating. Reception to follow. Interment to take place in the Portapique Beach Cemetery Portapique Beach Rd., Colchester Co. Donations in memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
