Obituary of John Edward Brown

Age 92, Halifax, passed away peacefully on October 3, 2020, at the V.G. Site QEII. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Drysdale) Brown.

He is survived by sisters, Rose Johnson, Virginia Borden (Reginald), June Perugini; brothers, Gordon, Murdock, Wayne (Susan) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Eunice and beloved long time life partner and sisters, Avis and Mable in infancy; brothers, Angus, George, Clifford, Vincent and Obie. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday October 17 at 1pm at Emmanuel Anglican Church 322 Herring Cove Rd. Interment to follow in Emmanuel Anglican Cemetery.
