Obituary of Roger Arthur Daniels

58, Halifax, passed away suddenly at home on October 5,2010. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Harry and Ellen (Lovell) Daniels. Roger had worked in the printing center of Dalhousie University, he was also a member of the Fairview Cribbage League. Roger is survived by brothers, Daniel, Roy, both of Halifax, Everett (Jackie Nelson), Scarborough, Ont.; sisters, Darlene Slaunwhite (George) Enfield; Jeanette “Jenny” McGraw (Joseph “Scotty”), Oshawa, Ont.; special nieces Kira, Heather, Shealynn, Tracy, Susan, Kelly, Karen and nieces and nephews of Ontario. He was predeceased by brother, Thomas. Arrangements under the care J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. 149 Herring Cove Rd. (477-5601) where visitation will be held Monday, October 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with funeral service Tuesday, October 12 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Diana Frye officiating. Interment to take place a later date. Donations in memory may be sent to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Atlantic Division or the Canadian Cancer Society of Nova Scotia.
