Obituary of Gwendolyn Jean Marriott

78 of Timberlea passed away with her family at her side on Monday, Octobwer 11,2010. She was the daughter of the late Mary and Cyril O'Neill of Halifax. She is survived by her husband, Jim and her sons, Terrance, Hatchet Lake, and Scott, Aklavik, NWT and her friend Suzanne. She was the organist at St. Christopher's Church, Hatchet Lake and a member of the choir of Sacred Heart Parish in Timberlea. She was also a member of ther Timerlea Twirlers Square Dancing, Timberlea. She was the last surviving member of her family. Visitation will take place at J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd.,149 Herring Cove Rd. (477-5601) from 6-8 p.m. this evening. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday October 14 at 11a.m. from St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Parish (Sacred Heart Church) Timberlea. Reception to follow in the parish hall with burial in Sunrise Park Cemetery, Hatchet Lake.
