Obituary of Brenda A. Briceland

BRICELAND, Brenda Arlene – It is with great sadness and very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2010 in the VG Site, QEII. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Leslie Day (James Bragg); Kim Day (William MacAulay); son, Gordon Scott (Diane) Day; grandchildren, Dylan Bragg, Scott and Dana Day; her best friend, Darlene Isnor; brother, Paul Clark. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Wayne; her parents, Garfield and Eleanor (Cornish) Johnson. Special thanks to her dear friends, you all know who you are, wink wink; to the Red Cross, VON, Palliative Care Unit 7A of the VG, for the compassionate care and support given to Brenda. Arrangements are under the care of J. A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield (477-5601). In keeping with Brenda’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Donations in Brenda’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
