Obituary of Stephen Beazley

 Beazley, Stephen Roy, 62, of Portuguese Cove, N.S. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Steve on Saturday March 17, 2012. Born in Halifax on September 17 1949 to the late Bert & Malvina Beazley. Stephen recently retired after serving 32 years with the Canadian Coast Guard, Sambro Life Station. He is survived by his loving wife, Gwen (Tone), daughters, Natasha (Andre) Juntermanns, Brandy (Aaron), Amanda (Kevin) and stepson, Richie Nagle, grandchildren, Caitlin, Jenna, Madison, Luke, Connor & Jonah, sisters, Barbara Robinson, Marilyn (Harley) Lane, Susan (Randy) Baker and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Tom. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at St.James United Church in Sambro, Wednesday March 21 2012 at 1pm.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to the staff of 8A and the ICU 3A of the Victoria General Hospital.
