Obituary of Diane Marilyn Creelman

Creelman, Diane Marilyn- 68, Halifax, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 8, 2012, at the QE II, with her loving family by her side. Born in Halifax she was the daughter of the late Owen and Bessie (Zinck) Ryan. Diane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an avid bingo player, loved her weekend getaways with her family and friends and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Diane will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten by her loving husband, Arthur of 51 years, sons, Ralph (Brenda), Darrell (Paula), Robert (Gerry), Kevin (Penny) and adoptive son Larry (Nancy), grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Christopher, Bryan, Ryan and Jessica and great granddaughter, Abby, brothers, Bernard, Clarence, (Vera) Terrence Bay, Robert, Lr. Sackville, sisters, Vivian Turner, Toronto, Mary Billard, Betty Ryan-Dugas, (John) Halifax, many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by son, Larry, infant daughter Denise, brothers, Francis, Patrick, James, Barry, sisters, Marion Anderson, Joan Johnson, and Jacquelin Merlin. Arrangements are under the direction of J. A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Rd, Halifax, (477-5601), where visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 12 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 13 at 2 PM from the funeral home chapel, reception to follow.
