Obituary of Daniel Joseph Nadeau

Nadeau, Daniel Joseph- 58, Bedford, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the VG Site, QEII. Born in Perry Sound, Ontario and resided in Kapuskasing, Ontario for many years. He was the son of Maurice and Theresa (Lamoureux) Nadeau. Daniel retired in 1995 from the Royal Canadian Navy with twenty years of service, after retiring from the Navy he worked with the Nova Scotia Commissionaires for 12 years. He was a member of the Sackville Legion and an avid Montreal Canadian Fan. Daniel will be sadly missed and never forgotten by his parents, brother, Claude Nadeau, Sudbury, ON; sister, Lynn Nadeau (Gilles Aubertin), Kapuskasing, ON; step grandson, Shane Buckland Jr., nieces, Destiny Nadeau, Shelly Dowe; nephews, Paul Nadeau,Joshua Nadeau, Paul Labrecque and Yves Labrecque. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Buckland.Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 18 at 2:30 p.m, in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville. A reception will follow at the Legion in Lower Sackville.
