Obituary of Anna Mae Lane

86, Halifax, passed away December 31, 2012, in the Victoria General Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Maggie (Gillis) Currie. She will be sadly missed by sons; Robert, Alec, Michael, John (Gorl), George (Jane), daughters; Rosemary Rogers, Ann Forest (Paul), Valerie Bissonnette, brother; Dan Joe Currie, P.E.I., sister; Sadie MacLeod, New Hampshire, U.S.A., grandchildren; Gregory Rogers, Andre and Celine Forest, Sherri, Patrick, Patricia, Kenny and Stephen Lane, Corrine, Matthew and Daniel Bissonnette, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband William Lane, brother Michael Currie. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd., where a funeral service will be held Saturday January 5, at 1 p.m.. Interment to take place at a later date.
