Obituary of Maria Marie Jones

98, Halifax, passed away at Melville Lodge on January 15, 2013.Born in Murray Corner, NB., she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Field) Stright. She is survived by sons, Lester (Pauline), Timberlea; Harold (Marie Pauline), New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, sisters-in law Faye and Lily, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Jones, daughter, Barbara Mary in infancy, brothers, Charles, Frederick, Lester, Sterling, Edward, sisters, Elizabeth Trenholm, Edith Briggs, Hester Briggs, Nellie Spence. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601). No visitation by request. Funeral service and interment to take place at a later date. Donations may be made to the St. Andrew's Anglican Church Memorial Fund or charity of one's choice.
