Obituary of Logan Charles Douglas Schnare-Hamilton

Halifax, passed away on February 14, 2013, in the I.W.K.. He was the infant son of Jennifer Schnare and Dana Hamilton. He is survived by maternal grandparents Stephen and Hilda Schnare, paternal grandparents Pauline Cuza and Michael Roy Graves, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd., where a memorial service will be held on Friday February 22 at 2p.m. from the chapel. Reception to follow.
