Obituary of Joseph Harold Riley

Riley, Joseph Harold- 85, East Dover, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29,2013 in the QEII HSC, with his loving family by his side. Born in Quebec he was the only son of the late Anne Riley. Joseph was a loving father and grandfather and great grandfather. Joseph will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten by sons, Jim (Helen) Barron, Mike (Ida) Riley, Arthur (Nancy) Riley, Kenneth Wade (Trinda) Riley, daughters, Jo-Ann Ellis, Colleen (Thomas) Cowan, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special friends, Glenna Barron, Eugene and Shirley Slaunwhite and Marion Blackburn. He was predeceased by his wife, Olive B. Barron, daughter, Sharron L. Randall, son, Robert Riley and son-in-law, Wilfred Ellis. Cremation has taken place under the care of J.Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd, (477-5601), 149 Herring Cove Rd. No visitation by request. Service of Remembrance to be held on Thursday, April 4 at 11 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Church in our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Shad Bay, Father Dariusz Misiolek as celebrant.
