Obituary of Lorene Alvilda "Lorraine" Barnes

BARNES, Lorene Alvilda "Lorraine": Age 90, Halifax, passed away suddenly at home on August 24, 2013. Born in Mushaboom, she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Helen (Boutilier) Power. Lorraine was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by niece and goddaughter, also several other nieces and nephews and dear friend Marg Hatchette. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward "Ted" Barnes and six brothers. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601). No visitation by request.
