Obituary of Ronald Lawrence "Ron" Schnare

Age 63, Halifax, passed away February 14, 2014 in the V.G. Site, QEII. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Marie (Harzog) Schnare. Ron is survived by loving wife Nancy (Snow); daughters, Tracy (Paul) and Kelly (Ronnie); sister, Shirley LeBlanc; brother, Peiter (Susan), all of Halifax; fourteen grandchildren; a great grandson; special nieces Nikki, Sam and Kimberly and several other nieces and nephews and a large extended family. He was predeceased by brother-in-law  Moe. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd., where a visitation will be held Tuesday February 18, from 5-7 p.m. Service of Remembrance to follow at 7p.m. in the funeral home chapel, Rev. Gordon Relf officiating. Family flowers only. Interment at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
