Obituary of Harold Louis "Louie" Petitpas

73, Halifax, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at home. Born in Isle Madame, Cape Breton, he was a son of the late Pius and Mary (Poirier) Petitpas. He is survived by sisters, Leona, British Columbia; Eve, St.Louis, Missouri; Julie, Mary, Alexina and Theresa, all of Halifax; brothers, Freddie and Andrew, both of Cape Breton. Arrangements are under the care of J. A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. In keeping with Louie’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A service of remembrance will be held on Thursday, June 26 at 2 PM from the funeral home chapel, Rev. Gordon Relf officiating.
