Obituary of Allan Stewart Weagle

passed away peacefully on December 27, 2014, at the Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born on June 11, 1943 in Berwick, NS he was a son of the late Kenneth and Gladys (Veinotte) Weagle. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 51 years Barbara (Michalko) Weagle, his three children, Eddie (Kathleen), Mark (Kathryn), Shelley (Keith Dauphinee) and his granddaughter Emily Dauphinee; his twin brother Alfie (Mabel). He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. At the family's request, no visitation will occur. A service of remembrance will be held on Monday January 12 at 1p.m. from Emmanuel Anglican Church, 322 Herring Cove Rd., Halifax, Reverend Gordon Relf officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Canadian Liver Foundation.
