Obituary of William "Billy" Clark
63, Spryfield, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, April 19, 2015. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Gerald and Emily (Oakley) Clark.
Billy was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. Many special seasons were spent with his brothers hunting deer and rabbit, and "May fly" time was always memorable. He was a jack of all trades and mastered them all. A kind soul, he would do anything for anyone and never look for anything in return. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his four legged fur baby, Jackie.
Billy is survived by sons, Michael MacAulay, Trevor and Robert Siteman; siblings, Donald (Eileen), Ronald (Peggy) and Donna (George); sisters in-law, Bella and Mildred Clark; brother in-law, James Kelly. Uncle Billy will lovingly be remembered and dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews. With his special bond, he connected with them by helping and enjoying their many individual needs and interests. He was predeceased by siblings, Myrtle Kelly, Ernest and Roy Clark.
Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, where visitation will be held on Friday, April 24 from 7-9 PM. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, April 25 at 10 AM in St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, followed by a reception in the church hall. Interment will take place at a later date in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the SPCA.
