59, Halifax. It is with great sadness that Michael, Angela, Melanie and Brian announce the passing of their loving wife, mother and sister on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at home, after a lengthy illness. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marian (Kennedy) Osgood. Dianne was a long term employee of Capital Health until her illness. She is survived by her husband, Michael; daughters, Angela (Mark), Winnipeg and Melanie, Halifax; brother, Brian, Halifax; aunt, Jeanette McKendry and cousin, David, Victoria, BC; cousin, Donald Seaboyer, Hubbards; brother-in-law, Daniel Whynot, Halifax; special relatives, Donald and Jacqueline Campbell, Green Bay, Irvin and Glenda Meade, Halifax, Patrick and Marina Moore, Halifax, Patricia and Julie Horsman, Ottawa, Emma Kircher, Halifax and Tara Kitch, Australia; as well as many special friends and neighbours. Dianne will be missed by Binx (Nanny’s Little Man), Moe, Angel, Gertie and Piper.She was predeceased by mother-in-law, Ruth Kitch and step father-in-law, Fred Kitch. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., where a time of visitation and reception will take place on Tuesday, May 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date. Family flowers only. Dianne had a soft spot for animals; a fitting tribute to her memory would be a donation to any organization that caters to their welfare.
