Obituary of Nellie Teresa Blachard

Age 90, Halifax, passed away July 9, 2015 in Melville Lodge. Born in St. George’s, NL., she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Gertrude (Perier) Blanchard. She is survived by daughter, Marilyn Forgeron-Costello; sister, Jean Colomb; brother, Gerald grandchildren, Bernadette Rogers and Wayne Forgeron Jr.; four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by several siblings. Cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Rd., where there will be visiting on Wednesday, July 15 from 11a.m.-1p.m. Reception to follow visitation at granddaughters home. Interment to take place at a later date. Family flowers only, donations to be made in memory to the MS Society of Nova Scotia.
