Obituary of Harry William Jr. Blackburn

Age 56, passed away August 10, 2015 in the Halifax Infirmary, QEII. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Dorothy "Dolly" (Mitchell) and the late Harry Sr. Blackburn. Harry is survived by sons, Ryan, at home;  Nicholas Morash, Timberlea; brother, Myles `Dook`` (Linda), Lower Prospect; sister, Tina Beaton (Timothy), Lower Sackville; grandchildren  and several nieces. He was predeceased by daughter, Shauna Blackburn; sisters, Carolyn and Susan Blackburn. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd 149 Herring Cove Rd., where visitation will be held Friday August 14 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday August 15 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel. Father Alfred Eshun as celebrant. Burial to take place at a later date.
