Obituary of Jeffery "Jeff" Thomas Delaney

42,Spryfield,passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at home.Born in Halifax, he was a son of Milton Thomas Ford and the late Joan Mary (Worth) Delaney. Jeff was a land surveyor, working several years in the US, Alberta, Nova Scotia and Labrador. He is survived by his daughter, Katelyn; son, Tyler and his partner, Lauri Jennings; brother, Mark. Arrangements are under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, where visitation will be held on Monday, March 14, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 15 at 11AM in St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Father Alfred Eshun officiating. Interment will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations in Jeff’s memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or charity of one’s choice.
