Age 67, of Halifax, passed away May 20, 2016. Born in Halifax on November 17, 1948 she was a daughter of Loretta and Stanley Dodge‎. Rita is survived by husband Jan Petrossie; siblings Billy (Lynn) Dodge; Louis Dodge; Eddy (Lynda) Dodge; Jimmy Dodge; children Dale (Sonja) Hill, Andrea (David) Colbourne, Trevor (Amanda) Hill. Rita was predeceased by her father Stanley and son Tony Hill. Arrangments are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax where a funeral service will take place in the chapel on Saturday May 28 at 9am. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
