Obituary of Linda Marie Doherty (LeBlanc)

Age 68, Halifax, passed away suddenly on April 20, 2017 at the QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Emery and Mary Louise (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Daniel "Dan"; daughter, Tangelene Ramsay, Connecticut, U.S.A.; sisters, Lorraine, Elaine and Doris; grandchildren, Samantha and Dylan and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, Jason; brothers, Donald, Billy and Paul. Linda spent many years working beside her husband Dan at Danielsons in the Spryfield Mall and will always be remembered for her great empathy, she had a wonderful capacity to sincerely listen to the problems of her customers who usually became friends. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. 149 Herring Cove Rd. where a visitation will be held Tuesday April 25 from 2-4 p.m. As per Linda’s wishes, there will be no service. Interment to take place at a later date.
