Obituary of Ronald Roy "Jeep" Hallett

Age 71, of Halifax, passed away Tuesday June 13, 2017, at home with his family by his side. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Frank and Irene (Drysdale) Hallett. Jeep retired as a Longshoreman. He enjoyed watching racing, playing baseball, fishing and going for drives. He was dearly loved and a big presence in our lives. He is survived by his loving wife, Heather Hallett (Kline); children of his first marriage, Sheri; Shauna; Ron (Jody); Kristy (Mike); Jay; grandchildren, Tyler; Brittany; Brianna; Jaelyn (Willy); Riley; Layla; Nyla; Rayan; Tarek; great grandchildren, Logan and one on the way; sisters, Carolyn; Frankie; Valerie; Leigh; brothers, Robert and Sam. He was predeceased by sisters, Geraldine, Donna and Deborah. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A celebration of Jeep’s life will be held Monday June 19 from 12-2 p.m. at the Spryfield Legion Sussex St.
