Obituary of Robert Bruce Davis

67, of South Maitland, passed away peacefully in the early morning of  Saturday, August 4th at Melville Lodge in Halifax.  Bruce was born and raised in Bedford, Nova Scotia, a son of the late Albert and Mary (Bradley) Davis. 

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Dodge, South Maitland; son, George (Kathryn) MacLean, Bedford; sister, Beverly (Rex) MacLaine, Bedford; brother, Murray (Doris) Davis, Victoria, B.C.  Bruce is also survived by birth mother, Cathy Giles. 

Bruce enjoyed woodworking and was a motorcycle enthusiast.  He was also an avid gardener and enjoyed renovating his historic home in South Maitland.  He loved spending good times with his friends and family.  Bruce worked for Barrington Industrial Services where he retired after 13 years of dedicated service.  Bruce will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.
