Obituary of Kerrie Lynn Ferguson

Age 31, Spryfield. It is with great sadness that the family announces the untimely passing of Kerrie on Sunday, August 12, 2018 in the QEII Halifax Infirmary.

Kerrie was full of life and the life of a room every time she entered. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She will lovingly be remembered by her mother, Norma Jean, Spryfield; sister, Angela, Halifax; brother, Greg (Catherine) Greenwood; nieces, Victoria and Gracie; nephews, Silas and Caden. She was predeceased by her grandparents, William and Alma Ferguson; uncle, Billy Ferguson and aunt Cindy Ferguson.

We would like to thank the nurses and doctors at 5.2 at the QEII for their love and compassion during this difficult time as well a special thank you to the Shopper’s Drugmart, Herring Cove Road, pharmacy and store staff for all your support for Kerrie.

Cremation has taken place under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, where visitation will be held on Friday, August 17 from 6-8 pm. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, August 18 at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel; followed by a reception. Interment will take place privately. Donations in Kerrie’s memory can be made to Easter Seals of Canada.
