Obituary of Margaret Rose Flemming

Age 71 of Halifax passed away September 5, 2018 surrounded by loving family.  She was a daughter of the late Parker and Margaret (Wilkie) Dempsey. Margaret had many hobbies such as knitting, plastic canvasing, gardening and cooking She loved her beloved dog Hazel and going for long drives in the car.  She also loved playing darts and was apart of the Harrietsfield Dart Club.  She was survived by her loving partner of 28 years Eldon Kirk; daughter Angela (Peter Gray) Flemming; grandsons Jacob and Issac Gray; brothers, Allan (June) Dempsey and Barry (Pat) Dempsey and nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by her late husband Richard Flemming; son Tony; daughters Pamala Anne and Mary Margaret.  Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd, as per Margert’s wishes there will be no visitation or services.  A special thanks to Red Cross, Palliative Care especially Cindy Bell, VON and Closing the Gap Home Care Largely Anitha Thomas for being so amazing with mom, Trish Murphy and Brenda Butler.  Thank you all so much.  In leu of flowers donations can be made to one’s choice.  Condolences can be made to the family by visiting www.walkerfh.com
