I want to extend my sincere condolences .This is one of life’s greatest challenges that we have to face. The Bible offers much comfort for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. John 5:28-29 shows us how there will be a resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in death. Revelation 21:4 speaks of a time when death will be no more. What a blessing it will be when death is no more and to look forward to a time when we will see our loved ones again. We are so saddened to Hear of Phil’s passing!! We saw and spoke to him in December at the Forum Matket and he was his usual jovial, teasing self!! We always had great conversations with him. Jeannie & family; I too worked with Phil at the CN Roundhouse, there was never a dull moment being with Phil on our 4-12 shifts and lots of laughs made the work environment very pleasant but he was always ready to punch out at midnight to go home to Jeannie ! Phil was one of a kind true friend may he Rest In Peace.

With Phil's passing, we have lost a longtime member of our flea market family. Both he and Jean have been with us for many years. During that time, we, along with our sellers and buyers, have shared many memorable moments with Phil. We had great 16 yrs at VIA Mtc & Station. Phil would lift your spirits at start & end of day, while getting under your skin throughout shift. A highlight was Sidney Crosby returning to Rimouski following gold at World Jrs. He had a photo taken in Ticket Office with Phil and I. AWESOME Just like Phil & Jean in the malls.
