Obituary of Helen Catherine Gerrior

Halifax, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2019 at Maplestone Enhanced Care after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Eva (Murphy) Richard

She is survived by her daughters, Theresa Saccary (Donald) and Marlene Sampson (Daniel); grandchildren, Ryan and Melissa; brothers, Joseph, Barney;s River; Kenneth and Clifford, both of Toronto, Ont. She was predeceased by her husband Irving Gerrior; brothers, George and Donald.

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd 149 Herring Cove Rd. where a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday June 11 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Nova Scotia. There will be a private family interment.
