Obituary of Maria Assunta Montani

Age 82, Lakeside, originally of Castel Nuovo Italy, passed away on December 8, 2019. Born November 21, 1937 to the late Domenico and Elisa Giansante.

She was strong willed, very dedicated to her family and the Lord, well loved, humorous, beautiful and big hearted, very stubborn, quick learner, loving, charismatic, very social, charitable and finally reunited with her husband.

She is survived by her sons, Pasquale (Casilda), Montepagano Italy, Mauro, Wolfville, NS; daughter, Lucianna, Lakeside, NS; brother, Pino, Italy; sisters, Lilina and Dina both of Italy; granddaughters, Melissa, Christine, Margarita; grandsons, Joseph, Stefano, Simone and Anthony; as well as many great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Galileo; infant son, Mauro; two children at infancy.

Arrangements are entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday December 14, 2019 at 11 am from St. Catherine of Siena parish, Father Francesco Pirisi officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the service at the Gate of Heaven cemetery in Sackville.

Era forte volontà, molto dedita alla sua famiglia e  al  LOrd, ben amata, umoristica, bella e grande, molto testarda, discente veloce, amorevole, carismatica, molto sociale, caritatevole e infine riunita con suo marito.

Le sopravvivono i suoi figli, Pasquale (Casilda), Montepagano Italia, Mauro, Wolfville, NS; figlia, Lucianna, Lakeside, NS; fratello, Pino, Italia; sorelle, Lilina e Dina entrambe d'Italia; nipoti, Melissa, Christine, Margarita; nipoti, Giuseppe, Stefano, Simone e Anthony; così come molti pronipoti.

Fu pre-decededette da suo marito, Galileo; figlio neonato, Mauro; due bambini all'infanzia.

Gli accordi sono affidati a J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. Sabato 14 dicembre 2019 alle ore 11 dalla parrocchia di Santa Caterina di Siena siema si terrà un servizio di memoria, padre Francesco Pirisi officiante. La sepoltura avrà luogo immediatamente dopo il servizio al cimitero di Gate of Heaven a Sackville.
