My deepest condolences for Kelly’s family. I met Kelly almost a year ago, we connected right away like we knew each for a long time. She was extremely funny, we laughed a lot and liked many of the same things. She had a very kind heart and was extremely thoughtful, she was taken away much too soon, I will miss her.

This poem was written by my sister Charlene Raymond for me about Kelly. I wanted to share it because it's so true. Thanks Germaine Miller
KELLY
I feel you’re looking down at me
with a smile upon your face
I know you’re in the arms of Scott
no one could take his place.
I feel you’re looking down at me
I miss you everyday
I know for sure you’re now at peace
and your pain has gone away.
I feel you’re looking down at me
with beautiful eyes of blue
I know you love your family
they love and miss you too.
I feel you’re looking down at me
so until we meet again
I know for sure you will be waiting
RIP my dear dear friend.

I met Kelly back in 2006 when she came in for an interview for the Records Management Office at the Dockyard in bldg D20. Our Sgt at the time was Dani-Sue Johnson who interviewed Kelly. I specifically remember after the interview Sgt Johnson looked at me and said I don't know Germaine but when I looked into Kelly's eyes I knew she had an amazing soul and I hired her on the spot. I said well it doesn't get better than that.
Needless to say the Sgt was spot on and Kelly and I became really good friends. She was in my cubicle practically everyday for the next 10 years. All you would hear is the two of us laughing because when she told you a story the *'f* bomb would have you screaming! I drove her to the bus stop after work and almost went through a few red lights because we were laughing so hard.
Kelly was one of the strongest willed people I've had the pleasure to come into my life. Her challenges in life were tough ones yet broken-heartedly she pushed forward determined to be there for her daughter Beth and her two sons A.J. and Stephen. A true example of a selfless and loving mom that she was.
Kelly I know you are with Scott now right where you want to be so RIP my dear dear friend. I will miss you here until we meet again.
Love Germaine Miller

I was profoundly saddened and shocked to learn of Kelly’ s passing.
I first met Kelly when she was a cleaner at the Stadacona Gym and really enjoyed seeing her progress in her job stages. I always enjoyed our conversations and hearing about those” next steps” of her career.
I last saw her in the Dockyard when she was working there at D20
She was such a nice person.
I hope you all experience the support and healing during this difficult time

I am Germaines Mother ! My Mate and I Donnie Campagna would like to say how sorry we are
to hear of Kelly's passing . We continually prayed for her and had our Friends do the same.
Obvious God had other plans . May she rest in peace.

Sending sincere condolences to Kelly’s family and friends. ❤️
Kelly moved in (behind me) just under a year a go and I couldn’t have been happier to have a new neighbour!
The moment we met, we had an instant connection, as our love of gardening and animals was strong. As the days went on, our yard chats became longer. We looked forward to seeing one another in the yard, trading plants and talking about life.
Kelly was a beautiful person with a huge heart, and I am so glad I got to know her! I will miss her. Rest In Peace.
