I know Uncle Jimmy as a kind man with a quick smile. He told me some great stories over the years about his childhood with my mom in Halifax and summers in Sambro. He was a fixture for many years walking the roads or beaches near Sambro collecting bottles and cans and always gave a wave. He cared most for his family and talked a lot about his children and grandchildren and was very proud of all they did. I am glad to have known him and will miss him
