Obituary of Gerald Edward Topple

Age 92, Halifax, passed away July 12, 2020 at the V.G. Site QEII. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late William and Winnifred Topple.

Gerald served in the Korean War from 1950-1953 with the Royal Canadian Regiment. He also worked at Dartmouth Ready Mix for thirty plus years. He is survived by daughters, Sherri Perrier (Stephen), Geraldine Wilson (Blair); grandchildren, Lisa Johnson (Tom), Cory Perrier, Matthew and Alexander Boutilier; great grandson Seamus Johnson; step grandson, Jared Johnson. He was predeceased by his wife Edna; brothers, Everett, Eric, Howard, Leo, Reginald, Russell, Robert and Ronald; sisters, Violet, Edith, Dorothy and Daisy.

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. Interment to take place in Gate Of Heaven Cemetery.
