Obituary of John Dennis Thibeault

Purcell’s Cove, it is with deep sadness that the Thibeault sisters announce the passing of their brother John on September 1, 2020 in his much loved family home in Purcell’s Cove, surrounded by his family and friends.

Born in Halifax September 29, 1961, he was a son of the late Dennis and Maybelle (MacKenzie) Thibeault. He leaves behind his step-daughter, Janita Lynn Mayo (Gavin) and grandchildren, Purcell’s Cove; sisters, Theresa Snow and Rosalie Gay, Spryfield; Betty Thibeault Nauss (Ray), Dartmouth; Louise O’Brien (James), Victoria, BC; Mary Thibeault (Andre McCutcheon), Prince George, BC; Frances Thibeault, Purcell’s Cove. He was predeceased by his partner of 25 years, Tammy Mayo,

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the Purcell’s Cove Social Club.
