Obituary of Margaret Mary Randell

Randell, Margaret Mary –  71 of West Pennant, It is with saddened hearts that the family of Margaret Randell, loving wife to Joseph Randell, announces her passing which occurred on Saturday, September 26 at the Halifax Infirmary with her family by her side.  Born on September 30, 1948 in Conception Bay, NL, she was a daughter of the late Ann Quann (biological), also the late Margaret Lawlor (raised by).

She enjoyed crocheting, watching the evening news among other prime time shows, wordsearch, collecting angels, various types of music and visiting with family (Valley). Above all else she loved getting pictures/facetime with her daughter and great-grandchildren which she did on a weekly basis. She was mostly known for her kind and caring heart to many that knew her.

Margaret will be dearly missed by her husband of 32 years, Joe, her daughter Donna (Baker) Hudson, her loving sister Marie (Tom) Hudson, her grandchildren: Terry (Alicia) and Tyrisha, great-grandchildren: Gregory, Charlotte Margaret and Melissa, nieces and nephews: Ann-Marie, Edward, Colton, Sarah, Kelly, Krystal and Karen,  brother Jerome (Donna) Lawlor of NF and many sisters, her good friends: Margie Shea, Shirley Tobin and Donna Gray, along with many members of her extended family.

Margaret’s daughter, Donna, would like to extend a special “thank you” to Wendy Randell and Shirley Tobin for all your help and taking care of Joe. And to Jason, Tristan and Jordan Etch

Arrangements have been entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd, 149 Herring Cove Road where visitation will take place on Thursday, October 1 between the hours of 11 AM and 1PM at which time the Funeral Service will begin from the Funeral Home Chapel.
