As the youngest sibling, I did not grow up with Sue. She was already left home when I was born. So my memories of her are as an adult. What stands out the most when I think of Sue is her kindness and gentleness. She always put the needs of others before her own needs. And on the rare times when she was able to return home to where she grew up, she so enjoyed sharing stories with her siblings. That is why I was so happy Heidi and Pollyanna were able to bring her home this past September for one last visit. Her life was not always easy but she bore those challenges with grace and dignity.
It is time to rest Sue. Soar with the angels.
Thinking of everyone at this time of grief and sorrow.
Lem and Mary
