My sincere condolences to you Maxine and family. Your dad was such a wonderful man. My fondest memories of him was when I was younger and he used to sing Tammy Wynette songs to me, and would joke around and call me Tammy Wynette. Your family was a huge part of my upbringing. Hugs and kisses to you and the family.

Wendy Walters posted a condolence
Condolences to Walter's family and friends. I moved next door to Walter in 2007 and he quickly became a stand-in grandfather and Mr. Fix it. He provided endless hours of entertainment and jokes and I really thought a lot of him. I'll never forget the memories of those early days when he was feeling really well. He was a good man and it was hard to see him struggle. He was so blessed with such a wonderful family. I will miss him as I have since he has taken ill. My favourite stories of Walter's will be how he kept his grass looking so great with his special formula and the time he "planted" baby cucumbers in my 1 day old vegetable garden. Whenever I had company in their age group, Walter and Mary would come for a game of cards and he left a positive impression on everyone for years to come and filled my little house with laughter! He will never be forgotten. I hope he is in a place where he will suffer no longer and can have all the dear meat, fish and country and western that he can think about. :)

To My Dearest Marriott Family: Elaine (John), Warren (Angela), Paula (Darrell), Blaine (Carol) and baby girl Maxine (Todd) and all your children So sorry to hear of the loss of you father, Walter. He was one of the kindest, gentlest and most accepting man I have ever known. He and your mother, God rest their souls, welcomed me so openly to the family and for that I am forever grateful!! My heart aches for you during this loss as there are none more precious than parents other than our children. Have peace knowing your Dad is in the arms of the Lord and rejoicing with your Mom, Beverley. I pray for strength for you in the coming days as you continue to mourn the loss of a great man. Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. God Bless!!

Hello Warren and Angie, Sorry about the loss of your dad. I too lost my Dad to Cancer. All I can say is that time truly heals all. I had the pleasure of meeting your dad in his later years and he was a true gentle man. I remember an old Irish priest talking about losing a loved one. He made an interesting comment on how our loved ones never leave us totally. They leave many memories and subtle reminders and they sometimes visit us in our dreams as well. I am thankful to have met your Dad. Sincerely frank

Uncle, I remember When Warren gave me his 300 Savage as a gift, he said he didn't want no money just don't sell it, I broke it down, striped it and stained it, didn't blue it just oiled it cleaned the land and Grove, vanished it and reassembled it the wedge was tight, and it kicked hard.
The mosquitoes ate me alive down the camp,
Millions of them,
So crazy literally millions of them.
Get that Big Buck at sunup Uncle.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
King James Version
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Rest Easy Uncle,
