Obituary of Judith Anne Duval

Age 74, Halifax, passed away on April 24, 2021 at Northwood Centre. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Marie Walsh (Conway).

Judy loved bingo, karaoke, dancing, coloring, artwork, Elvis and going to the Spryfield Legion. She was a warm loving person who lived day by day and would say the hell with tomorrow. She loved being with young people and enjoyed the bus rides she took all over Halifax. Judy will be missed by so many people who refer to her as Mama Jugs, Big Sexy and Aunt Jude. For Denna, Mama Jugs has left the planet. She is survived by brother, Tim; sister, Debbie Hill; grandson, Dylan Duval; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nephews; God Daughters, Tessa Sampson and Sherry Briggs and friend, Pam Travis. She was predeceased by daughter, Shelly Duval-Julian; brother, Sonny and sister, Janet Sampson.

Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. By Judy’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral.
