To the children of Carolynne Roberts/Wallace
I was very saddened to read that Carolynne had passed. Her mother Grace was my first cousin and Carolynne my second. We are the same age and grew up together in the Baptist Church and knew each other well.. Grace and Carolynne were very special to me. Several times, Grace paid my way so I could go to Keats Island Baptist Camp with Carolynne. I will never forget their kindness to me. I have only vague memories of Carolynnes father. I recall him being at our house once and I remember going to his funeral. I remember when her mom met Don They were on a trail ride (??) - pretty romantic stuff for a young teenager! Sadly, as often happens, once school was finished we went our separate ways and didn't keep in touch. My mom (she was a Thornton) always let me know what they were doing. Carolynne had a set of dolls from different countries. I hope you or your children still have them..
Sincerely Sharon Fairless (nee Cramer)
