Obituary of William Brewer

William Thomas (Butch) Brewer was born July 14,1945 to Helen Rose and Harry Brewer in Ingonish Cape Breton. Butch passed away peacefully November 3,2021.

Butch loved the ocean and fishing. Butch will be sadly missed by family and friends and all who knew him.

Butch is survived by his daughter Shelly (Steve) Gates, brother Gary (Donna) Brewer. Butch was a proud grandfather to Justin and great-grandfather to Carter. 

Predeceased by father Harry, mother Helen Rose, brothers Frank, Clayton, Wilson and Wayne. 

Cremation has been taken place. Butch's ashes will be going to Ingonish as he wanted. Arrangements are under the care and direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax.
